All consultations and visits are covered by OHIP. The treatments provided at the Pain Centre (Botox® and Injection Fee) ARE NOT covered by OHIP, and there is an associated fee as listed below.

For some indications, private and extended health plans (Manulife, Sunlife, etc.) will cover the cost of the Botox® medication used for treatments, in which case only an injection fee would apply (see below).

For some indications, the Exceptional Access Program of Ontario will cover the cost of the Botox® medication used for treatments, in which case only an injection fee would apply (see below).

Abbvie Care Support Program also provides financial assistance to cover the cost of your Botox® treatments.
