Dr. Mathew Silvaggio MD, MSc, FRCPC

Dr. Mathew Silvaggio is a board certified Anesthesiologist through the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He has an active practice in Anesthesia and Acute Pain Medicine at Trillium Health Partners. Dr. Silvaggio is the medical director at the Toronto Botox Pain Centre and specializes in the medical application of neurotoxin treatments to manage complex chronic pain conditions. Dr. Silvaggio has pioneered the treatment protocols used at the Pain Centre, and his research interests include broadening the medical use of Botulinum Toxin in further medical and palliative care settings.

Dr. Tanya Mogla MD, CCFP

Dr. Mogla is certified through the Canadian College of Family Physicians and has been practicing Family Medicine since 2018. In addition to practicing Family Medicine, Dr. Mogla specializes in the use of neurotoxin treatment for both cosmetic and medical indications. She is medical director of the Toronto Botox Pain Centre, where her practice has grown to specialize in the use of neurotoxins to treat chronic migraines, focal spasticity and trigger points.
